Simply Delicious Pan-Seared Tuna
Ingredients:
2 1-inch Florida yellowfin tuna steaks, approximately 1 1/4 pound each,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
sea salt to taste,
coarse pepper to taste,
sesame seeds,
wasabi for dip,
soy sauce for dip
Preperation:
Rub tuna steaks with olive oil. Salt and pepper steaks then on sprinkle sesame seeds. Brown tuna steaks for 1-2 minutes on both sides, being careful to not overcook. Serve wasabi and soy sauce on the side as dipping sauces.
